For more than a decade now, the Parry Williams fund has supported excellent undergraduate and postgraduate students in Music. The School is inviting applications from candidates with outstanding research potential in any area of music, but especially for doctoral projects that fall within the established research groups or the remit of staff research interests (including musicology, composition, electroacoustic composition, sonic arts and performance). Applications are particularly welcome from students working in David Parry William’s own specialist areas: Welsh music and composition.
