Royal Holloway University of London, offers two bursaries. The bursaries are provided Free Membership to Wentworth Golf Club giving access to three championship golf courses and leisure facilities. The Club has three championship golf courses, all rubbing shoulders with one another in glorious Surrey heathland surrounded by ancient woodland of pine, oak and birch. Application should be submitted till 30th August 2013.

Eligibility: All full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students who are either already attending the College, or who have applied for admission and been accepted onto a course at Royal Holloway. Applicants are expected to be close to a scratch handicap with aspirations to improve their game.

Scholarship Description: Royal Holloway, University of London developed a partnership in 2008 with the prestigious Wentworth Golf Club to offer two full golf membership bursaries to our students. Wentworth is a venue where the past, present and future come together, where classic, timeless golf course design and tournament heritage meets 21st century course conditioning and immaculate playing surfaces. The Club has three championship golf courses, all rubbing shoulders with one another in glorious Surrey heathland surrounded by ancient woodland of pine, oak and birch.

Duration of award(s): The bursary will be valid for one academic year but may be renewed subject to satisfactory performance
