The University of Exeter and INTO University of Exeter are offering joint undergraduate scholarships for international fee-paying students. Total eight scholarships valued at £14,600 – £15,550s are offered for two years which covers tuition fees. Scholarships are available for the September 2013 & January 2014 intakes inclusive. To be eligible for these scholarships, applicants must hold an unconditional offer to an INTO Exeter International Foundation Pathway in Biomedical, Life and Environmental Sciences, Humanities, Law and Social Science or Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences.

Eligibility: The University of Exeter and INTO University of Exeter invite applications for these joint scholarships that have been created for international fee-paying students who:
- Hold an unconditional offer to an INTO Exeter International Foundation Pathway in:
- Foundation pathway in Biomedical, Life and Environmental Sciences
- Foundation pathway in Humanities, Law and Social Science
- Foundation pathway in Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences
- Intend to progress to an undergraduate degree programme at the University of Exeter in one of these Colleges:
- College of Life and Environmental Sciences
- College of Social Sciences and International Studies.
- College of Humanities
- College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences.
Scholarship Open for Students of Following Countries: International students can apply for these foundation scholarships.
Scholarship Description: The International Foundation Pathway commences in September 2013 and January 2014, both last for three terms. Both intakes allow students to progress to September 2014 entry in to Year 1 of an undergraduate degree at the University of Exeter. Progression is guaranteed, subject to passing the INTO Foundation Pathway and meeting specified grades for entry.
Number of award(s): 8 awards in total. (For the September & January intakes inclusive.). The division of the scholarships between Colleges will be dependent on how many applications are receive.
Duration of award(s): The duration of scholarship award is of two years.
What does it cover?£14, 600 – £15,550* over two years of study: 50% of the scholarship is awarded by INTO for the International Foundation tuition fees.
Note: the variation in values is due to INTO International Foundation Pathways in Science and Engineering tuition fees being £7,050 (50%) compared to Humanities at £7,350 (50%). 50% of the scholarship is awarded by the University of Exeter for year one tuition fees of the chosen undergraduate degree programme, subject to achieving the required progression grades.
Note: University of Exeter International student tuition fees for Humanities subjects are £14,500 per academic year. Science and Engineering subject tuition fees are £17,000 per academic year.
Successful scholarship applicants will not be entitled to a tuition fee discount for timely payment.
