Description
Annual award for Nevada or Northern California residents who are writers working on unpublished manuscripts. Students must be 20 to 35 years of age and residents for a minimum of three years prior to the January 31 deadline. Unpublished work may be fiction (novel or short stories), nonfiction prose, or poetry.
